These elegant chicken tenders can be served as a first course or cut in half to serve as little finger food bites with cocktail picks.


  1. Heat oven to 425˚F. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and basil. Carefully wrap each tender with a slice of prosciutto. Arrange on a large parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and prosciutto is crisp.

  2. Meanwhile, place peppers, cashews, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper sauce, and salt in blender container. With the motor running, gradually add oil through opening in lid until sauce is smooth. Serve chicken with sauce.
