Chicken breasts tenders are skewered and marinated with lime and fish sauce for an authentically Asian flavor, then grilled or broiled to perfection.

  1. Whisk together marinade ingredients in a shallow disk; add chicken tenders and marinate for 15 minutes. Thread chicken tenders onto prepared skewers.
  2. Grill over medium hot coals or broil under high broiler for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Chicken should be fork tender with no hint of pink in the meat. Cook to internal temp of 165°F.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook sugar and vinegar over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and chili flakes. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve with satays and steamed rice if desired.
