A classic caesar salad using Just Bare® Lightly Breaded Chicken Fillets, seasoned croutons and a quick
homemade caesar dressing.


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
  2. Place frozen chicken pieces in the basket in a single layer and air fry for 16-18 minutes flipping halfway through.
  3. While chicken is cooking, prepare croutons by tossing cubed bread with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper and olive oil in a bowl.
  4. In a smaller bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing and mix to combine. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  5. Once chicken is cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, remove and add seasoned bread to the air fryer basket, cook for 6-8 minutes or until croutons are nice and crispy.
  6. Sliced each cooked chicken fillet into thin strips.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine, salt, black pepper, a couple spoonfuls of caesar dressing and a squeeze of lemon. Toss to combine and adjust seasoning if needed - add to a plate or bowl.
  8. Top salad with sliced chicken, a handful of crispy croutons and additional grated parmesan if desired - enjoy!
