Substitute other berry or summer fruit-based preserves for the blackberry preserves—raspberry or apricot are especially delicious with wings.
Heat oven to 425°F. Season wings with dried herbes, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a large parchment or foil-lined baking sheet. Place in oven; roast 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix blackberry preserves, mustard, vinegar, and chives in small saucepan. Heat just until melted and smooth. Brush onto wings after 15 minutes; turn and brush again. Continue roasting wings for 10 to 15 minutes longer or until tender and juices run clear. Cook to internal temp of 165°F.
Bring remaining sauce to a boil; serve with wings.
