No Antibiotics Ever
Our chickens never receive antibiotics in their lifetime. If one should get sick and require treatment, it’s placed into a separate care program and never sold as Just Bare®.
No Added Hormones or Steroids
Truth is, chickens have been free of artificial or added hormones and steroids since the 1950s and the use of them is strictly prohibited and regulated by the FDA.
American Humane Certified™
Just Bare® All Natural products have been verified in a third-party, independent audit to meet the science-based animal welfare standards of the AHC program.
Natural
It means no artificial ingredients, no coloring ingredients, no chemical preservatives and minimally processed.
Organic
Held to the strict standards of the USDA, we are verified by an accredited certifying agent to confirm that we are protecting natural resources, conserving biodiversity and using only approved substances.
Lean Protein
The USDA defines a lean protein source as having less than 10g of fat, 4.5g or less of saturated fat and fewer than 95mg of cholesterol in a 3.5-oz. serving. Lean proteins also tend to have fewer calories per serving.
