Ingredients
for the chicken
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package (14 ounces)
Just BARE® Hand-Trimmed Chicken Breast Tenders
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup sesame seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
for the dipping sauce
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 sprigs green or red onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
for the final touch
4 sprigs green or red onions, thinly sliced

Directions
• In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Coat chicken tenders with mayonnaise mixture. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
• In large skillet, sauté chicken in olive oil over medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side, sprinkling sesame and mustard seed over chicken while sautéing. Chicken is done when it is fork-tender and there is no hint of pink in the meat.
• Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together all dipping sauce ingredients for the mustard mayonnaise.
• Sprinkle onions over chicken before serving. Serve mayonnaise with chicken tenders.
