Glazed Chicken Tenders with Ginger
A mixture of ginger, garlic and honey glaze chicken tenders with a sweet syrup that’s slightly spicy.

Yield: Makes 10 to 12 tenders
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons peeled, finely chopped ginger
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of 1 lime
Directions
• In large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add chicken breast tenders, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook, turning occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken just begins to brown.
• Stir in honey. Continue cooking, turning occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is golden brown, honey-glazed, and there is no hint of pink in the meat. Just before serving squeeze lime juice over chicken tenders.

Substitutions/Variations
Olive oil for the butter and lemon juice for the lime juice may be used. Just BARE™ boneless skinless chicken breast tenders from the full-service meat counter may be substituted for the pre-packaged tenders. Simply purchase a quantity similar to the package and follow the recipe as provided.
